Over the past 25+ years, Lisa has built a career dedicated to the Healthcare, Coaching and Counseling Arena. During the last 13 years, Lisa has devoted her life and career to helping people suffering from addic on and trauma. She has held posi ons as a Clinical Aid, Counselor, Case Manager, Coach and Director. She has worked with men, women, and families, in both the inpa ent and outpa ent se ng. She has exper se in many specialized client popula ons such as execu ves, the underserved, veterans, homeless, and in the prison se ng. She specializes in Vicarious Trauma, Domes c Violence, and helps both Men and Women achieve and maintain sobriety through Coaching and Counseling u lizing several evidence-based clinical methodologies. Lisa started her career in the pharmaceu cal industry working for large Fortune 1000 Companies such as Lederle, Wyeth and Pfizer. Her career was dedicated to the healthcare arena, holding posi ons in sales and sales training, mentoring, and coaching, business development marke ng and consul ng. In her sales and marke ng posi ons, she was on several launch teams and served as a product manager, specializing in both Con nuing Medical Educa on (CME) and promo onal ac vi es. A er leaving Wyeth, Lisa held VP level Business Development posi ons where her consulta ve selling skills helped to close large market research projects, working with several biopharmaceu cal companies as well as medical devices and emerging pharmaceu cal firms. Lisa has also owns a successful company devoted to providing outsourced business development, coaching and consulta on and ac ng as VP of Business Development for marke ng research firms who specialize in the biopharmaceu cal and medical device sectors. . She has exper se across all phases of the product lifecycle, from early clinical development through patent expira on. Lisa has proficiency in a mul tude of therapeu c areas that include addic on, MAT, infec ous disease (PO and IV anmicrobial agents), transplant, cardiovascular disease, CNS, diabetes, obesity, and pain. Lisa holds an undergraduate double major in business administra on and biology from Rowan University, and an Execu ve MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She obtained her Drug and Alcohol Counseling Creden als from Villanova University. She also earned her CAADC cer fica on from the Pennsylvania Cer fica on Board in June 2018.
