As a Master Social Worker with a passion for working with substance abuse and mental health clients in outpatient health settings, as a therapist Cederia works with clients experiencing anxiety/depression/relational issues and codependency, SUDs, ADHD, and BPD. Cederia's five years of experience working in direct client care and almost three years in clinical settings bring adaptability and flexibility to her naturally empathetic nature. From working adults 21-55 in health care settings to residents at a leading IOP to lawyers, members of the music industry, and other high net worth individuals, Cederia leads with curiosity, advocacy, and impeccable training to effect the best outcome for her clients. Cederia's ability to connect with individuals of any age makes her an especially powerful coach for older adults. To her training in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cederia adds a range of on the job practice including bio-psycho-social spiritual assessments, psychoeducation, SUD processing and child trauma intervention. With spirituality at the core of her client-centered approach, Cederia is happy to bring this element of her life into her coaching when appropriate, empowering them to define their relationship with a power greater than themselves for themselves. Cederia finds joy in music, reading, singing in the praise team at her church, and walking for leisure and exercise. A frequent gym goer, Cederia loves sweet treats and is a foodie at heart.
